Why us

Eight reasons clients choose us

Each USP has a plain-English line, a script you can say as written, the features that prove it, and how to handle the objection you'll most likely hear.

USP 01

See every room, live

One portal shows the health of every room, at every site, for every client — updated in real time.

How to talk about it

Wherever your rooms are, you'll see their health on one screen, live. If something in a room goes down, we know before your users do.

Most AV support is reactive: a user reports a fault, someone visits, someone diagnoses. proAV.Net turns that around. Every processor checks in continuously, every connected device reports its state, and the portal pushes changes the moment they happen.

They might say “We already get alerts from our room-booking or IT monitoring tools.”

You say Those see the network port. We see inside the room — the codec, the display, the DSP, the control program — and why it failed.

USP 02

Fix it before they call

Diagnose and repair remotely — logs, console, config, reboots and updates — without a site visit.

How to talk about it

Most faults are fixed remotely in minutes, often out of hours, so your rooms are working when people arrive.

Every truck roll avoided is time and money saved for both us and the client. Our engineers can do from a browser what used to need a laptop on site: read logs, open a console, push a config, power-cycle an outlet, schedule a reboot for 2am.

They might say “Remote access sounds like a security risk.”

You say Access goes through the cloud tunnel the processor opens itself, so no inbound ports or VPNs are needed. Every action is permission-checked and recorded.

USP 03

Data clients can act on

Room usage, occupancy, ghost bookings, energy and user satisfaction — evidence for real estate decisions.

How to talk about it

You'll know which rooms are really used, which are booked and left empty, how much energy they draw and how people rate them.

This moves the conversation from “keep the AV working” to “help us run better workplaces”. Facilities, IT and estates teams all get value from the same data.

They might say “Our workplace team already has occupancy sensors.”

You say We combine sensors, calendars and codecs per room, and put that alongside user ratings and energy. It's the AV view of the workplace your sensors alone can't give you.

USP 04

Built faster, built the same way

Every project starts on a shared, tested framework and is developed AI-first — quicker delivery, fewer surprises.

How to talk about it

We don't start from a blank page. Every system is built on the same proven platform, so you get it sooner and it behaves consistently across every room.

The platform does the repetitive, risky parts — connectivity, monitoring, cloud, config, UI plumbing — so project engineering time goes into what makes each client’s rooms special.

They might say “Is AI-written code reliable?”

You say AI speeds up the engineers; it doesn't replace them. Every change is reviewed by a person, runs through 800+ automated API tests and a full build, and has to pass an approval gate before release.

USP 05

Safe, controlled releases

Tested pipelines, a human approval gate, versioned packages and scheduled rollouts.

How to talk about it

Updates are tested automatically, approved by a person, and rolled out on a schedule that suits you. We can always see, and roll back to, exactly what's running.

Releases are dated (for example 2026.10.06), so anyone can tell at a glance what a room is running and when it was built.

They might say “Updates have broken our rooms before.”

You say Every build is tested and trialled on our test environment first. Versions carry their git commit, and config history means we can put a room back exactly as it was.

USP 06

Enterprise-ready security

Client SSO, custom roles, scoped API keys, tenant isolation, and all data access through permission-checked APIs.

How to talk about it

Your team signs in with your own identity provider, you decide who can do what, and your data is isolated from every other client.

Security is built into the platform, not added per project, so every client gets the same controls.

They might say “Our InfoSec team will need answers.”

You say There's a clear story: sign-in through their identity provider, least-privilege roles, all data access through permission-checked APIs, and a full audit trail. Engineering can join the call.

USP 07

AI that asks before it acts

A fleet assistant and an AI-agent interface that answer from live data. Every proposed action needs human confirmation.

How to talk about it

Your team can just ask which rooms had problems this week and why. The AI can suggest a fix, but nothing happens until a person confirms it.

The assistant is powered by Claude and uses the same tools and permissions as our MCP server. Clients can also connect their own AI tools to their estate through MCP, with OAuth and auditing.

They might say “We don't want AI changing our systems.”

You say It can't, on its own. It reads through the same permissions as the user. Actions are only proposals until confirmed, and permission is re-checked at that moment.

USP 08

Gets better with every project

Improvements made for one client reach every client on the platform.

How to talk about it

You're not buying a one-off system. You're joining a platform that gets better every month, and those improvements reach your rooms too.

A new driver, a sharper diagnostic or a better dashboard view built for one project goes back into the shared platform. Over time that compounds, and it’s hard for a competitor to match.

They might say “Will we be locked in?”

You say Clients own their rooms and configuration, and integrations use open standards like REST, WebSockets and MCP. What keeps them is continual improvement, not lock-in.
